100% Circular Materials

All our panels are made from 100% recycled and fully recyclable PET-G. The material we use is sourced within a 200 km radius from our production space. As of 2025 our panels are exclusively made with post-industrial waste from:

– Foils and thin sheets for packaging (transparent, blue and white)
– Toned cable car shields (black and amber)
– 3D-print rests and fail prints (colour freckles)

Each of our panels is unique, due to the manual production processes.

With our FANTOPLAST Remix and Full Custom services we provide all the extra flexibility you need to realise your project. Be it an easy customisation of one existing design or a tailored solution outside our core collection.

Our panels are engineered for long-lasting performance, making them exceptionally durable and easy to clean and maintain.

Easy to process and rework

Our panels can be easily processed with standard tools to achieve your desired results.
  • Icon for CNC cutting
    Our panels are compatible with CNC routers and water jet cutters for precise processing.
  • Icon for sawing
    Our panels can be cut with conventional circular saws and plastic-specific blades.
  • Icon for sanding
    Our panels can be sanded and polished to achieve a high-gloss finish.
  • Icon for screwing
    Our panels are compatible with conventional screws, but we recommend generous pre-drilling for best results.
  • Icon for glueing
    Our panels can be glued, with two-part epoxy adhesives recommended for best results.
  • Icon for thermoforming
    Our panels can be deep-drawn or bent using a heat gun.

Buy-Back-Scheme

When the panels reach the end of their life – either because they are no longer needed, or reuse and upcycle is not possible or desired, we are able to take them back and recycle the material. Please contact us to get a buy-back offer.
